KENOSHA, Wis. — A 34-year-old Illinois woman accused in a long-running Kenosha County OWI 3rd case was finally brought back before the court Friday after authorities arrested her on an outstanding warrant that had been hanging over her head for nearly two years.

In all these cases where they “failed to have a court-ordered ignition interlock device installed in the vehicle,” the car should remain impounded until the device is installed.

Why the hell is there a second pretrial hearing? One pre trial hearing with almost no plea bargain options given should have been enough. Then go right to the trial and fitting her for orange pajamas. 🤬
