Iverson still “safeguarding” the community?!?!
What’d you expect from a party girl judge?
Collins got 90 days with the first seven without work release (and he gets 25% knocked off for good time per state law).
But he failed to have an ignition interlock device in his vehicle — against the law. He drank while out on bond. And even worse his license was revoked and he continued to drive — also against the law. Yet all of those other charges were dismissed. Maybe it’s time our prosecutors dig in and not offer such plea bargains nor should judges sign off on them.
