KENOSHA, Wis. — An Indiana woman accused of participating in a sprawling “Felony Lane Gang” theft and fraud operation tied to smash-and-grab vehicle burglaries at the Kenosha YMCA finally appeared in Kenosha County court after months of delays caused by her incarceration in other counties and prison transport issues. Prosecutors allege Andrea J. Garrett, 22, of Greenwood, Indiana, worked alongside co-defendant Jarvus L. Mosley, 48, of Lauderhill, Florida, who remains wanted on an arrest warrant in the case. Court records show Mosley’s warrant was issued with a $25,000 cash bond.
