KENOSHA, Wis. — A 40-year-old Kenosha man who already had two open drug cases was charged Wednesday with felony cocaine delivery after investigators say he sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant during a controlled buy and was later found with drugs, suspected drug-dealing materials, and more than $1,200 cash. Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II set a $15,000 cash bond Wednesday after prosecutors told the court Hakim Q. Naseer was already facing two other pending criminal cases and was on probation supervision at the time of the alleged offenses.
