KENOSHA, Wis. — A Washington state man wanted for years in a Kenosha felony gun case was finally arrested Tuesday and brought before Court Commissioner William “Bargain Bail Billy” Michel II after authorities say he skipped sentencing in 2021 and remained a fugitive while living out of state.
