PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — A suspicious package discovered outside a Dairy Queen in Pleasant Prairie Thursday night prompted a large emergency response, evacuations of nearby businesses, and the temporary shutdown of part of Highway 50.

I would not be so quick to tout the prestige of being a LEO. It is established the many police agencies purposely hire low IQ individuals as officers. Critical thinking is not a valued trait in law enforcement.
