KENOSHA, Wis. — Assistant District Attorney Sarah Norkus on Monday requested what some observers considered an unusually low $5,000 cash bail for lifetime registered sex offender Robert W. Moses, 55, after prosecutors charged him with masturbating in front of two young girls at the Italian American Club despite prior convictions involving children and sexual offenses. Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun granted the request and set bail at $5,000 cash. Meanwhile, Italian American Club President and former KUSD administrator Martin “Marty” Pitts had “no comment” when asked by Kenosha County Eye why the organization hired Moses despite his criminal history and lifetime sex offender registry status.

According to the Circuit Court
5 years in prison for trying to rape a 10 year old
Gets out and exposes himself to a 7 year old- for that 2 years in prison
Gets out and guess what? Does it again at the IA…
Wonder how long the next prison sentence will be
The IA hired him knowing darn well he was a sex offender! I used to go and eat dinner there. Ever since the long acting manager Steve left, that place has gone downhill and to pricey to eat there!
Italian American club has always sucked. Then again, a good Italian restaurant to most of you is Fazolis.
