KENOSHA, Wis. — Daniel J. Plants, 24, of Kenosha, who was already facing a felony domestic abuse case enhanced because of multiple prior domestic violence convictions, appeared in court Thursday on a new felony bail jumping charge after prosecutors alleged he violated conditions of release involving the same woman. Assistant District Attorney Sarah Norkus requested $5,000 cash bail, but Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low Bail” Braun ordered $1,500 cash bail with conditions.

Theses assists need to GO!!! Yep just lower the bail so they can do the same shit again.
I fear he will be released and “told” to stay away, over and over, until he hurts/kills her. The courts are not protecting her.
How does a person get a bail release when the new charge violates a previous No-Cash Bail agreement? Wouldn’t the accused have to remain in custody? Did they buy him lunch and drive him home too?
