KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man facing a felony charge of battery to a public officer after a disturbance at a Pizza Hut made his initial appearance Tuesday before Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun, who set a $5,000 cash bond after prosecutors sought twice that amount.
