KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man accused of felony fourth-offense drunk driving was given a $5,000 cash bail Tuesday by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun after prosecutors sought twice that amount during his initial appearance, according to court records. Prosecutors asked for $10,000 cash bail, but the court imposed a lower amount despite allegations that Allen Dale Johnston had multiple prior impaired-driving convictions and was facing another felony OWI charge.
