SOMERS, Wis. — Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica ordered no-cash bail Wednesday for Yizreel Y. Tate, 42, of Kenosha, who is accused of causing an injury crash while intoxicated in what prosecutors say is his second OWI offense. Authorities allege Tate struck another vehicle, injured a passenger in his own van, attempted to leave the scene, and repeatedly denied being the driver before deputies gathered evidence identifying him as the operator.
