KENOSHA, Wis. — Robert M. Warden, 66, of Kenosha, appeared before Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica on June 3, 2026, after being charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct-domestic abuse as a repeater. Masnica found probable cause, adopted a joint request from prosecutors and the defense, and set a $150 cash bond with a no-contact order prohibiting Warden from contacting the alleged victim or going to her residence. Court records show the bond was posted the same day.
