KENOSHA, Wis. — Marquis L. Coleman, 36, of Gurnee, Illinois, was charged Thursday with domestic abuse-related offenses after prosecutors say he punched the mother of his child in the face during an argument while she was driving through Kenosha. During his initial appearance, Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey “Low-Bail” Braun set a $650 cash bail, which Coleman later posted.
