KENOSHA, Wis. — In a surprise move that caught the attention of courthouse insiders, Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica on Friday ordered a $25,000 cash bail for Keith A. Stich, a 54-year-old Bristol man accused of his seventh OWI offense, fleeing police, ramming a Wisconsin State Patrol squad car multiple times, and recklessly endangering a state trooper. Several court insiders told Kenosha County Eye they were surprised Masnica imposed what they considered a relatively high cash bail, given his reputation for routinely setting significantly lower bonds. However, those same insiders said they did not believe the bail was high enough considering the allegations that Stich repeatedly rammed a squad car, endangered law enforcement officers and other motorists, and faces a charge carrying a mandatory minimum prison term of three years if convicted.

Should have busted the window out and sent the dog in. This idiot should be in prison for the next 25 years, so he can’t kill anyone.
Wisconsin allows the drunks to run rampant though. 5th… 7th… 10th…. doesn’t matter. Everyone still stumbles out to their vehicle at closing time and chances killing someone.
2nd OWI should be minimum 10 years. You didn’t learn after the first one, so sit in prison until you figure it out.

We need to change the laws to take away discretionary sentencing. Mandatory laws will work. Very sure he has no drivers license or insurance. Sad sad man☠️
Patriots know the difference between riding a horse and driving cattle. Riding a horse is a Constitutional Right under Common Law to Travel per Fifth Amendment clause Right to Life, LIBERTY, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
Driving is a COMMERCIAL activity where the “driver” is earning money.
In other words, an individual does NOT need a “Driver” License in order to travel in a Private , Non-Commercial capacity. One has the Right to use their car to run errands, grocery shop, cruise , visit friends, parks, etc. in a Private personal capacity without a DL.
People have been brainwashed to believe we need to believe the government. Look at the SUPREME COURT Decisions, LAW & Legal Definitions the lawyers (BAR Associates, FOREIGN AGENTS LOYAL TO THE CROWN) Don’t want We the People to know. Do Your research and due diligence.

Keith’s drink of choice was/is Sutter Home wine.
When he had an apartment, wife and used to stop by and it would be littered with empty merlot bottles.

2. Where are the investigations of the Bars that continue to serve this guy ?
Does a drunk need to kill somebody to initiate an investigation by the cops ???
The last time I heard of an investigation was when that drunk killed a lady after leaving Rivals bar not far from this incident.
Isn’t the reason we have laws about bars and drunks is so the cops can do some detective work and go backwards to them ?
Sure the guy will just move on to the next bar if the “Bartenders” cut them off but really, we have laws about this !!!!
