SOMERS, Wis. — Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash Friday afternoon at the intersection of 100th Avenue and Seventh Street in the Village of Somers.

There’s a reason for speed reduction there back in the day feeding calves at the Bailey farm had some close calls. They might need what 47 in illinios has. Flashing red high above the crossing so a driver can see it a long ways off. But then this is kenosha!!!!
And how do you know speed was a factor??
If going west the hill there people are always going over the reduced speed.
