KENOSHA, Wis. — A 23-year-old Kenosha man is facing two felony charges and two misdemeanor bail jumping counts after Pleasant Prairie police say he sped away from a traffic stop while an officer was patting down one of his passengers, leading police on a high-speed pursuit that reached nearly 100 mph.
