KENOSHA, Wis. — A homeless man accused of threatening to kill a Kenosha police officer, damaging a local business, and harassing families at a Pleasant Prairie hotel was ordered held on a $25,000 cash bond Thursday after his attorney raised concerns about his competency to proceed in court.
