KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman with a prior felony criminal case turned herself in to police Sunday evening after seeing herself identified on Kenosha County Eye following a hit-and-run crash that destroyed a bus shelter at Sheridan Road and 65th Street. Photos taken inside the vehicle showed an open alcoholic beverage and what appeared to be marijuana, raising questions about whether the driver may have been under the influence at the time of the crash.

Get this trash out of Kenosha. We really need to start cracking down on sentencing. We should build a new jail if we have to to fit all of these losers.
