KENOSHA, Wis. — What is the worst that can happen when someone accused of a third drunk-driving offense is released on a no-cash bail?
In the case of Richard T. Walters, prosecutors allege the answer included failing to appear in court, failing to comply with a court-ordered drunk-driving supervision program, and ultimately requiring a judge to issue a $10,000 cash bench warrant after he disappeared from the judicial process.

Jodi Meier, judge with common sense
No bail no jail! Why do they even bother pulling anyone over? If the judge is gonna give them get out of jail free card don’t put the police in any danger. There’s no consequences to illegal or bad behavior and/or actions.
