KENOSHA, Wis. — Jamar L. Miller Jr., 18, of Kenosha, is facing three felony and three misdemeanor charges after prosecutors allege he stole a pickup truck, led Kenosha police on a dangerous early-morning chase through city streets, struck a parked vehicle, stole cash from two vehicles, and then fled on foot before being arrested. At his initial appearance Thursday, Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica rejected the State's request for $100,000 cash bail and instead set Miller's cash bail at $25,000.
