Kenosha Man Charged With Child Pornography Offenses Held on $75,000 Cash Bail

KENOSHA, Wis. — 27-year-old Kenosha resident Indigo R. Rico was charged with three felony counts of possession of child pornography and remains in the Kenosha County Jail after Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica set a $75,000 cash bail Friday—half of the $150,000 cash bail requested by prosecutors. As conditions of bond, Rico is prohibited from having contact with minors except incidental contact and may not possess or access electronic devices except for communication with legal counsel.
