KENOSHA, Wis. — A Waukegan, Illinois man charged with felony stalking, fourth-degree sexual assault, and disorderly conduct was released Friday on a $1,000 cash bond by Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael "No Money" Masnica, despite prosecutors requesting a $25,000 cash bond. Jorge A. Garcia Dorantes, 32, is accused of offenses stemming from allegations involving a former romantic partner. Masnica denied a defense motion to dismiss the felony stalking charge before setting the reduced bond. Garcia Dorantes is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing on July 1, 2026.

OMG! We can’t even call this “White Trash”. Shoot his weenie completely off. Officers claim bad aim. Lobotomize, microchip, and deport. It is time for the “Eye” to list what taxpayers dole out for these creeps. $40,000-$45,000 per year?

Maybe if he got a haircut he wouldn’t have to force himself on girls
Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Michael “No Money” Masnica. Sounds like a communist to me.
