KENOSHA, Wis. — Eliese E. Ham, 32, of Woodstock, Illinois, who is wanted on an Illinois felony warrant, and Carlos P. Rosario, 52, of Zion, Illinois, appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court Friday after Pleasant Prairie police allegedly found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during an Interstate 94 traffic stop. Ham also faces Wisconsin charges alleging she repeatedly gave officers false names, while Rosario is accused of providing a false identity and obstructing officers during the investigation. Ham's extradition case to Illinois was also before the court Friday, although that proceeding did not move forward.
