KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who was already free on a no-cash bail in another criminal case is now charged with pointing a firearm at another (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct while using a dangerous weapon (domestic abuse), misdemeanor battery (domestic abuse), disorderly conduct (domestic abuse), and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping after prosecutors say he threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend before killing himself, later battered the woman during a second confrontation, and committed the new offenses while out on release.
At Tuesday's initial appearance, Deputy District Attorney Rosa Delgado requested that Michael J. Brehmer be released on another no-cash bail, despite prosecutors alleging he committed these offenses while already free on a previously-set no-cash bail in a 2025 Kenosha County case. Defense attorney Joseph Corcoran and the alleged victim also asked the court to release him on a no-cash bail. Liberal Activist Supplemental Court Commissioner Tracey "Low-Bail" Braun instead ordered the 44-year-old held on a $500 cash bail and imposed a no-contact order with the alleged victim.

What a fucking loser just lock him up.
I can’t believe what I am reading!. His bail is $500!! I can already see how this is going to turn out. This woman is in danger!!. Guy already wants to kill himself and her and you give him a bail!! Nothing stopping him now from taking her life and his own especially now that he is facing prison time. I’m scared for her. What the hell is wrong with our criminal system. Have they already forgot what Dale Dallia did, or the woman that was refused a restraining!!. Court system will NOT protect the victims. Disgusting! People will be taking the law in their own hands in order to protect themselves and family and who can blame them.
Amen! Look at the monster that murdered Stephanie B.! He has a wrap sheet a mile long and needed to be put in an insane asylum! Kept getting low bails. Our justice system is messed up! It has been watered down by liberals for many years hiring these DEI court commissioners that give these criminals a slap on the hand. The commissioners are not for the safety of Kenosha citizens! Enough already!
I cannot how this judge levies very small or or no bonds with serious offense like this loser did. Maybe she needs to be voted our!
