KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man already facing a felony domestic violence case is back behind bars after prosecutors say he attacked and strangled his ex-wife outside a Kenosha bar — while he was under a court order to have no contact with her. Milton S. Alvarado-Gomez, 34, of Kenosha, was charged Thursday with felony strangulation and suffocation – domestic abuse, misdemeanor battery – domestic abuse, disorderly conduct – domestic abuse, and three counts of felony bail jumping. Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse set a $50,000 cash bail Thursday afternoon.
