KENOSHA, Wis. — Antonio "Tony" I. Garcia, 69, of Pleasant Prairie, a former Kenosha Unified School District Board of Education member, former KUSD bilingual community liaison, and former Kenosha public works employee, has been criminally charged nearly 20 months after Kenosha County Eye first reported allegations of grooming-like behavior involving multiple students. Tony was charged Thursday with one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The grooming statute was not yet in law during the time of the allegations.

I seem to recall from the original article that he was a seasonal employee.

Get your children OUT of KUSD! Cripes, how many times does this ef’d up district need to prove itself to parents. At this point, if another child is harmed by these beasts, its on YOU the parent!

Not everyone has the option to home school or have the funds to afford catholic schools. And, as a child , I can personally say , I saw more drugs at catholic schools than I did in public schools. And then you have perverted priests who are apparently above the law. They Don’t get incarcerated , they just move them
Strike one, try again. If you are going to put money ahead of your child, then you stink as a parent to begin with, so drugs are already in your child’s future.
Strike two. So, we’re to believe that you ran dual educational classes for all years at both a catholic school and KUSD, right! More likely, you spent one year or so in catholic school hanging out with the wrong crowd. And now you expect us to believe you are some sort of expert, instead of the bs’r you are.
Strike three. If you had been abused by a priest (in stead of just repeating stories), you then have the documentation of your case against the priest that abused you to prove your statement. (Pssst, It’s wrong to falsely accuse someone of something. Guess you didn’t get much out of that catholic education either.)

County hasn’t had seasonal plow drivers in as long as I can remember, so if he was a seasonal plow driver for the county, it was a very long time ago.

This guy and his family used to attend a church I went to 20 years ago. Tony was always very friendly and his son was very popular in high school. I was shocked when I saw in KCE that he was escorted out of ITA because of inappropriate behavior with female students!!! Boy he sure had a lot of people fooled! He tried running for sheriff years ago too! So disappointed in him, I wonder if he is still married?
