KENOSHA, Wis. — A Factory Bar bouncer accused of delivering a punch that left a patron with a fractured nose, a concussion and multiple facial fractures has been charged with a felony more than a year after the incident. Shakheim T. Chapman, 31, of Waukegan, Illinois, is charged with substantial battery. Two other men involved in the altercation, Trystan Lecigne Butler, 25, of Kenosha, and James C. Bartley, 38, of Kenosha, have each been charged with disorderly conduct.
