(Facebook.com)

PLEASANT PRAIRIE, Wis. — Pleasant Prairie Village Administrator Eric C. Rindfleisch has spoken publicly for the first time about his gender transition after filing public petitions to legally change his first name to Erica and the sex designation on his Wisconsin birth certificate. In exclusive interviews with Kenosha County Eye, both Rindfleisch and Pleasant Prairie Village President Dave Klimisch discussed the filing, Rindfleisch's future with the Village, and why they say nothing about Village government is changing.

For months, Kenosha County Eye received rumors, messages and photographs regarding Rindfleisch's transition but did not consider the matter newsworthy because it involved his private life. That changed after the July 2 court filings became public records. Rather than speculate, Kenosha County Eye sought interviews with both Rindfleisch and Klimisch, who each agreed to answer questions about the filing and its impact on Village operations.

Rindfleisch was hired as Pleasant Prairie's Village Administrator on Nov. 14, 2022 after serving in administrative leadership positions in multiple Wisconsin municipalities and multiple terms as an alderman. During a lengthy interview, he answered questions about his personal journey, his career in public service, and the legal process.

Drunk Kenosha Woman Allegedly Ran Over Boyfriend Multiple Times With Three Children In Van, Prosecutors Say

Daisy M. Campos, 28, of Kenosha(Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office) KENOSHA, Wis. — A 28-year-old Kenosha woman is facing five felony charges after prosecutors say she repeatedly used a minivan to run over her boyfriend during a drunken domestic dispute while their three young children — including a 6-week-old newborn — were inside the vehicle. Daisy M. Campos, 28, of Kenosha, was charged Monday

Racine Democrats File Ethics Complaint Against Sheriff Candidate Cary Madrigal Over Alleged Campaign Finance Violations

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. — Cary Madrigal, the Racine County Sheriff candidate who just won the primary and will appear on the November general-election ballot, is now facing a formal Wisconsin Ethics Commission complaint alleging numerous campaign-finance violations. The complaint marks the latest controversy surrounding Madrigal, who was previously severely disciplined over her handling of alleged sexual misconduct by a subordinate who was later

    1. Just who uses Pro Nouns in anything but formal introductions ?

As an employee, which I’m not, if I walked up to Eric/Erica I would just say “ Excuse me, can “you”answer a question I have about …… ?

I doubt I would even use a name. Mine or his/hers.
Pronouns seem to be used when talking to a third party about a second party.
The second party isn’t even in that conversation.
And if I was talking a third party about a second party, why would it matter which pronoun I used ?
Myself and the third person would obviously already know who we were talking about.

The number one problem that comes out of situations like this is that the person who is “changing” thinks that they can require others to accept their deceptions.
True, this Eric, soon to be Erica, says he/she is not asking for that accommodation but, the fear of not knowing if that might become a problem in the future definitely can cause worry by the person of the first (or third) part.

Good luck Eric/Erica in creating a “new legal” persona that now creates situations that just might affect others state of minds as you (is “you” a pronoun) try to correct your (is “your” a pronoun) state of mind.

      1. No one is causing you any problems. Get over it. Why do you feel threatened by someone else just trying to live their life? They didn’t ask for this to be reported on and are not going to cause you any trouble whatsoever regardless if you decide to be disrespectful and intentionally use incorrect pronouns. This doesn’t affect you or your life at all.

        1. A large percentage of citizens, who spend a large percentage of their hard earned money in taxes, prefer a mentally grounded individual to administer that money in the utmost capable manner possible.
          The first impression says otherwise.

          28

          1. I wonder what agenda will be pushed to accommodate his new change and how much the tax payers will have to pay for the Lawsuits he will create because employees don’t say what he wants them to say.

        2. When you buy a car, it comes with a Vehicle Identification Number also known as a VIN.
This VIN has letters and numbers that together describe the car as it was built in the factory.
There is Federal law that makes it a crime to change or alter this VIN.
I can change the motor, the paint color or virtually anything I want on this car but I can not change the VIN !

That is because when anyone wants to look at this unique one of a kind series of letters and numbers it is because they want to see how this particular vehicle was made originally.
Basically all the features it had when it was born.

So Eric. You can Change your whatever anywhere on your body but you can not change how you started. That information is on your birth certificate when you were born.
The politicians who allowed these laws to exist that allow for a change of legal information that by anyone’s and everyone’s accounts is accurate, should rethink this overreach and reverse these laws of changing legal documents at the whim of anyone who will jump through the hoops defined.

You can Change anything you want but you can’t change history.
A birth certificate is history !
          Not an opinion

        3. The problem is God made you one way XX or XY chromosome and you’re stupid answer is what’s wrong with this fucking country and thank God the year and bullshit four years of DEI and transgender and cutting kids private’s off and mutilating kids is fucking over!!

        4. The fucking problem is your answer thank God the year of the bullshit woke DEI transgender mutilating. Our kids cutting their privates off. Bullshit is over. You’re born one way XX or XY if you wanna hold public office who can take you serious when you don’t even know who the fuck you are.

    2. Is there a procedure that changes the Facial Hair component ?

I mean really ! If people are going in for major surgery to get things cut off and or built, then why not have all the hair follicles removed on the face too ?!?
Sure wouldn’t want a person to “misgender” another because of the obvious “observation” of facial hair !!
Sure a little old lady might get a mustache late in life but a middle age person with a five o’clock shadow can surely cause one to think twice when meeting someone in person.

If you are going as far as this “person” (is “person” a gender word) then get all those beard hairs removed too !
Wouldn’t want the unsuspecting innocent bystander to become part of this charade unknowingly !

      4
      7
        1. Because all of this is a joke !!
A joke perpetrated on 99 % of the public that are now expected to call “these people” something other than what they are !!
          Yes I said “these people”.
Because they expect to be treated different than what they are.
Is “they” another pronoun that I’m expected to use even though “they” is a plural of people in a group ?
Is “they” used as a singular pronoun by the transgender community ?

I might be wrong. But I might also be mistaken. Are these the same or different ?

This all is a joke. Kevin reported on this because this “person” decided to utilize the state court system to create something that wasn’t ever there.
          Now it is. Or was.
Is and was. A before and after.
He was but now She is ! A Joke !!

  1. Who cares? In 1000 years it won’t matter. Archeologists will discover his bones and they’ll know they dug up a dude. Surgery and silicone can’t hide reality or the truth when it’s time for his PSA test.

  3. Who cares! It is a private matter until a public document is filed then it is an issue worthy of the KCE. Can you say hypocrite. As long as they can continue to perform the job it is still a private matter. It is for Rindfleisch to deal with.
More on to investigative reporting. Opps forgot arrest records and public documents.

      1. Your theory of mental illness would mean all magas aren’t fit for anything either. They believe in Jewish space lasers and democrats eating children. And don’t forget their CSAM fetishes.

        6
        29
      2. According to Mayo Clinic, Gender Dysphoria is a mental illness.
A male was chosen for this position. PERIOD

        24
        6
        1. It’s a psychological diagnosis. It’s not considered a mental illness. You should do some research before posting nonsense like this.

          6
          18
    1. Sure..maybe not matter to you…YOU aren’t an employee. Now the women will be forced to use the same bathroom! Everyone will be on eggshells just hoping he doesn’t get “offended” about something the employee says or does. This just opened up alot of stress for other employees.

      10

  4. I have friends who have been through gender reassignment surgery so I can speak from that perspective. It was certainly now what I expected to hear when the news was dropped. In fact, I said, “Either you’re dead serious or you’re fucking crazy!” I did some research and learned that my initial response was spot on. The people who have endured this burden throughout their lives have to be serious to go through the years of preparation before they are cleared for this very radical surgery. And there are a small percentage that are, well, fucking crazy. As a taxpayer, my only concern is that the work we pay to get done actually gets one. The rest is not my business.

    14
    20
    1. You must hang out in some strange places to have friends (more than one) like this. In my over 60 years experience I’ve met a few bull dykes, some guys light in the loafers but never met anyone that strayed so far from nature.

      18
      6
      1. Just folks I grew up with in Kenosha from grade school and the (now former) president of the St. Paul City Council. Not my thang personally.

  5. Someone with a mental illness like this is in not capable of being in control of anything. Clearly they cannot control their sexual urges so how do you expect them to be a good steward of anything of importance.

    1. Yeah…Pleasant Prairie hides things well. Hopefully Kevin will continue to look at Pleasant Prairie more and expose the things they hide.

  6. My question is this, if he is going to change his sex designation, does that mean he had his junk cut off? Will he be using the bathrooms at the office which are shared by all women in the building as well as the public? There are two stalls. If he still has his junk he is not a woman.
What about the RecPlex ? Will he be changing in the women’s locker room? Is this going to be like Central High School? Dude can’t walk around with his penis rolled up between his legs and say I Am Woman hear me roar.

    20
    6
      1. If you filet-yo-fish doesn’t change your trouser trout into a red snapper 🤣. It’s the same fish except its cut up and turned inside out.

  7. So do all village employees have to play along with this delusion too or will they be fired for not pandering to the mentally ill?

    31

  8. …the NEED to change the Birth Certificate ???

By definition it is what was observed AT BIRTH !!!
Additionally, it by being a legal document signifies where that birth happened and the exact date that same person can legally drive, vote and drink, in that order.
Other than those 4 items, just what does a birth certificate do for you where the box marked Male / Female matters ?!?!?
(Maybe to get High School Administrators to know which locker room you should be changing in)

Change your name legally if you want to. But to request a change of a Birth Certificate that was and STILL IS exactly correct by definition, is committing fraud !!!

Why is it important to have that designation on the State Issued Birth Certificate ?
It obviously isn’t a requirement for having or keeping a job !
It doesn’t change or improve or add insurance benefits that I can see !
By “HIS” own words the employee insurance plan he partakes in doesn’t care !

So why ask the State to change a document that is completely accurate in its description and purpose ?

Considering what a Birth Certificate is used for THESE DAYS, (voting) all one means is that you are a born resident of these United States !!

Male or Female, what will changing, (and in my opinion) creating a false / incorrect legal document mean other than to satisfy his own personal state of mind ?!?
For a person whose job is to follow procedures, laws and ordinances and to ensure others do the same, why does this matter ?!?

The laws that allow a LEGAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO BE CHANGED BECAUSE A PERSON HAD SURGERY SHOULD BE REVISITED ON WHY IT IS NEEDED !!!

    13
    4
    1. Wonder if I can change my birth certificate to say I’m older, allowing me to retire and get Medicare now?

      12
      2
  9. How do you keep hiring these fucking people?? God it’s so gross.. It’s just disgusting what humanity has become. You have a dick sir. You’re never gonna be a woman. 100% you like little kids because you have weird fetishes. God people are gross.

    19
    6
  10. So who pays the bill for the all the legal paperwork a village administrator is responsible for? Seriously Does he or she pay for his or her own business cards? Stationary etc. from the office of who?

Which locker room at RecPlex which bathroom.

    6
    3
    1. I know his surgeon . Russian guy.
      Dr. Yuri Kutcherkokoff.
      Sorry , couldn’t resist.
Big John S. is ok with this ?

      3
      2
    1. Courage?? This is a person crying out for help with a mental illness.
Refrain from using positive when addressing these situations.

Lawsuits are very costly and the Lawyers love these type of situations. Businesses or corporations cant say or do anything to address the individual and they know it.

      13
      1
  11. Glad we have nothing more important to talk or worry about. Just make gender transitions an adult decision, 18 or older, and on the individual’s dime. Problem solved. I don’t agree with most gender transitions (I think it’s an easy solution to deeper, personal, and more physiological problems) but if somone wants to change their gender, God bless them, I wish my problems could be solved so easily.

    4
    12
    1. “ God bless them?” God won’t bless this. God made you who you are when you were born. More important things to talk about? I get it, but in all honesty, this is going to be a problem for Pleasant Prairie when employees have to be worried about all the legal battles that will follow the “oops” and “I’m sorries” in misgendering this MAN. This is completely ridiculous! Where are the women’s right to not have a MAN in their bathroom? The minute someone complains…yep, there’s the lawsuit.

      6

  12. Mental illness on full display. Wait till HE demands to be called “she/her”. HE wants to live in a fantasy world does not mean that normal people have to play along.

    17
    2
  13. To each his own. Whatever makes you happy do what you need to do. You’re an adult. Legal documents, however should not be changed. No matter how many operations you have you don’t have a uterus. Legal IDs should not be altered to fit your need to transform yourself. It is a legal document! Does it really matter that much to you? Or is it the point to make a statement, lawsuits, and attention to yourself. Life‘s hard enough, move onto things that matter! Legal IDs should never change to what you choose them to be. Are we moving to a future where people have IDs that say I’m a kangaroo, I’m a cat, this is 100% out of control and it’s ridiculous!

    7
    4
    1. Wrong! Not to each their own and not whatever makes you happy!

That’s the mindset that got us where we are at. Its wrong, period!!!. This isn’t someone of sound mind or body now!

What is going on is not a “whatever floats your boat” situation.

      Wow…

If that’s the case then why CANT legal docs be changed? You do you and I’ll do me..right??? Nope… its a sad sad step toward more moral decay.

      13
      2
      1. Yup, I’m sure everyone in Sodom and Gomorrah also said “to each his own” or ” do whatever feels right to you”. Unfortunately many churches disregard God’s word and allow or accept this behavior. Certain religions should just admit that they reject God and choose Satan.

        14
        1
    2. A legal document that shows the history and beginning of anything !
How something started. These are the very documents that need to be left alone !
      Eric !
Please post here in your own name exactly what changing a long standing legal document does for your legal life ?
Many here including myself, who I have commented multiple times already, want to truly understand what changing the gender box on your state issued birth certificate gets you down the road ?
What is the purpose that myself and others need to know that is causing you to make a legal argument because you want to wear a dress and makeup at work and elsewhere ?
None of us care that any person wants to wear a dress. Some “men” are known to wear makeup.
And for the most part nobody cares.
But to go to the state and say I’m not him anymore is fraud. It does nothing to change your…….
I had to stop writing that last sentence because I didn’t know what could, will or can possibly be gained in a society that already has built private washrooms where people can choose to use public spaces and not have to choose “male or female” when needing public facilities.
What is gained by changing the box ??
      No pun intended

  14. This is super strange.

You know what else is super strange?

A year ago, the county board bought a house to use for s3x predators. When they bought that house, they reduced the value of the house next door to, uh, ZERO. Then, last night, they shrugged their shoulders and said, “oh well.” And Nordigan’s reasoning was that the location chose the Kenosha County Board and then the s3x predators put themselves in that house— as if that isn’t the biggest load of gaslighting BS that has ever spewed. (Nordigan deserves a recall based on that nonsense alone!)

I hope the owner of this property has lawyered up. I hope they’ve hired a shark, and I hope there is some legal/civil litigation recourse for what the board has done.

    4
    2
      1. That’s why I hope this family sues the sht outta this fked up county.

I hope Erin Decker gets called to the stand and has to oink her way through testimony. I hope Nordigan gets called and has to figure out a way to explain whatever horse sht spewed out of his face hole.

I hope Nudo gets questioned so hard he winds up wearing last night’s spaghetti all over the front of his ill-fitting shirt.

Then, I hope this family is awarded so much that the county board gets completely turned over because all of us taxpayers decide that they cost us too much money to stay in office.

              1. They only cause problems if you feed into their delusions. Ignore them, don’t give them attention, and they cause zero actual problems. This is a man in a dress, not a woman. Giving him this attention just feeds his crazy.

              2. Kerkman & her county board cause more collective problems for this area, than all of the county’s trannies combined, cause.

  15. Those who vote for or hire these types of demented Lunatics are just as Screwed up as this Clown is.
Just another example the sewer PP is turning into.

    9

  16. It’s my opinion to each his own. We live in America and we have this thing that’s called FREEDOM! So people shouldn’t get their ears pierced, a nose job, how about a boob job? Do you think your God? You think you can choose the way people choose to live?
Just like you chose to use a name called anonymous. Your choice. It’s called freedom. And we all have a right to our own opinions and we can voice them. Try respect! Do you know what that means anonymous?

    1. He can do what he wants he just needs to lose his job and not be in control of peoples tax money bc he has a mental illness. He can go find a job at McDonalds

      12
      1
      1. Sure. Let him do what he wants, but don’t force others to to accept it as normal. Alot of legal problems start with people who want to claim to be a different gender…for the safety of the women employees, he should use only the mens bathroom.

        3
        1
    2. He can do what he wants but we also are free to call him a fucking weirdo. He or she is.

Must suck to be that confused in life.

  17. This is a person I know deeply and personally. I loved him when he was Eric and I love her as Erica. I am saddened by the way this small little audience is treating her and her daughter. I am afraid for her safety. You should all be ashamed and embarrassed.

    6
    15
    1. The world needs people to call out bs when they see it. Because people are too afraid or actually believe in this delusion, we are in the mess we are now. I refuse to cater to insanity.

      10
      1
  18. If you cared so deeply maybe get them the help they need and not so accepting of the wrong they did. You might see if there maybe a deal for you also. If my son said he was doing it I would do everything in my being to thwart the decision. BUT if he still went ahead with it I would tell him until he figures out the wrong he has done, farewell. Its okay to love the Eric but the other??? NOPE sorry. Its sick

    1. Hello ANONYMOUS,
It’s a good thing the author starts out this article with pictures because it’s clear you are not much of a reader or writer. That said I’m not going to engage anymore with the dark side. You would be much better off to go by your actual name and get off the internet out into the light. I feel sorry for you that this is the place where your soul is at. You are the only one suffering though, because no one actually takes your foolish criticism to heart. I hope you find some friends in the real world because the people here are not your friends. You think because you say something nasty and they give you a thumbs up that means you are part of a community. That might give you a shot of dopamine but it’s temporary and you know better than anyone at the end of the day you are a very lonely sad soul. You should get off the internet and go out to a coffee shop… just sit there and look around and be part of humanity again….because it is a wonderful world out there. It will bring you back to the light if you spend enough time there.

      4
      4
      1. Calm down, Pam. There are way more people who think this is lunacy than there are who believe this fetish is okay.

      2. You are 100% incorrect about me including the internet.

You will no longer engage because you are wrong in your thought process and know it. You live in a make believe world obviously. Get the help for everyone in your realm of associates please!

By the way, PJR is your name?? Okay…

  19. It’s done,we paid and will continue to. Lifelong Village employee. Not voted in, “hired”. Any way someone or something “Village” tries to get him to move on,they’ll be sued for billions. He’ll win,get paid, move on to KUSD!

      1. Sorry, I was planning an intervention for someone who desperately needs to get away from their keyboard and back to society.

  20. Does he have breasts or is he using his rolled up tube socks? Just wondering how he likes wearing a bra.

    2
    3
    1. He gets his jolly’s off by wearing one and now he gets an even bigger thrill knowing other people see him doing it. You all are apart of his sick fantasies. 🤮

      4
      3
  21. I am a trans woman, age 70.
There is a lot of commentary about the person referenced in this article being unfit for service and/or mentally ill.
I served eight years in the US Navy as an officer in fast attack nuclear submarines, during the Cold War. I was part of the team that kept many of you safe from the threat of the USSRs ballistic missile submarines in the late 70’s,80’s. I was deep selected for advancement in rank and left the service as a Lieutenant Commander.
I joined a large Engineering conglomerate, and led engineering development in civilian communication satellites (my attitude control subsystem was in the first Dish network satellite), and healthcare in magnetic resonance imaging scanners. I retired in 2019 as an engineering executive, less than 1% of the workforce attaining that level.

Say what you wish about our lifestyle. Ignore the fact that there is not a single one of us in my community that would wish this identity challenge upon our worst enemy.

But your assertions that being trans makes a person mentally unfit, reveal ignorance on your part. Only one in three Americans have even met a trans person. Deal in fact, not heresay from people who are looking for a convenient scapegoat community to blame and distract attention away from issues that actually matter. There are only one of us in every 200 people. We must be very powerful individuals to be perceived as the huge threat that we are rumored to be.

    6
    6
    1. Not at all. All you’ve done after all that blovating is make people further wonder when exactly your brain fell out.

      6
      3
  22. I admire Erica for having the bravery to live in a way that is true to herself. She deserves to feel welcome in her community. If she wears her beautiful hair long and changes her pronouns to better identify her, it should not affect village operations in any meaningful way. Wishing Erica the strength to weather the storm and hoping she is surrounded by loved ones during this frankly disturbing display of public hatred.
I’m grateful when I see people from a variety of communities represented in public life. We don’t all need to be the same, and I hope one day we can more easily offer each other respect and kindness.

  23. I always wanted blue eyes. Am I going to gouge mine out and use marbles until society can pay for cornea transplant?

Nope. Its what i was born with and I will accept them as they are. Now of course if I wasn’t of sound mind, I’d still be eyeless and wanting acceptance. All cause something broke in my coconut and I thought it would be okay to do.
