TWIN LAKES, Wis. — Parker Stanton, 28, of Twin Lakes, is charged with third-offense operating while intoxicated after allegedly admitting, "I definitely had too much to drink to drive," before registering a preliminary breath-test result of .229. At his initial appearance Thursday, Liberal Activist Court Commissioner Lisa Bouterse set just $250 cash bail, highlighting what critics describe as her soft-on-crime approach to repeat OWI offenders. Stanton also faces charges of operating while revoked and failing to install a court-ordered ignition interlock device.

Piece of shit, hopefully he’s the only one to die in a DUI crash.
We used to live near him. 1 Time he ran up on our ass at a high rate of speed swerving and then passed us in a 15 mph zone where children were at with a park as well. Full size Chevy truck. He drives all the time and, 95 % of the time it is reckless. Perhaps this commissioner doesn’t remember the Rizzos. Had I been in that seat you can bet that bond would be $20.000 WAKE UP KENOSHA CO COURTS.
Neck tat, retard.
He definitely needs a shave and a haircut. What a POS. Even if you do have an alcohol issue as many means of transportation there are nowadays, there is no excuse! stay off of our roads dumbass!
