KENOSHA, Wis. — An Illinois man is facing a felony stalking charge after Kenosha police say he carried out a multi-state campaign of harassment against his former girlfriend that included pouring purple paint over her vehicle, repeatedly driving past her new Kenosha home, and sending violent text messages threatening to seriously injure her.
