KENOSHA, Wis. — Erik Tapia Barradas, 22, of Twin Lakes, is being held on a $10,000 cash bail after prosecutors allege he assaulted his girlfriend, violently resisted police, injured an officer, and twice spat on law enforcement officers responding to a domestic violence call. Court Commissioner Alexandra Smathers set the bail Wednesday, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 7.
