KENOSHA, Wis. — Judge Heather Iverson on Wednesday sentenced Luis A. Hernandez-Bahena, 47, of Kenosha, to 60 days in the Kenosha County Jail with no work release after he pleaded guilty to a third-offense operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration charge stemming from a January traffic stop in Pleasant Prairie.

I see numerous cases where ignition interlock was previously required but never installed. No follow up to verify this requirement installed?
