KENOSHA, Wis. — Sisters Deashanti N. Wright, 24, and Jada N. Wright, 20, both of Kenosha, were charged Wednesday after prosecutors alleged two toddlers were left in a home where a loaded rifle and marijuana were easily accessible. Deashanti Wright faces two felony child neglect charges and was ordered held on a $2,000 cash bail, while Jada Wright faces two misdemeanor child neglect charges and was released on a no-cash bail.
