KENOSHA, Wis. — Chasity N. Johnson, 29, of Kenosha, has been charged with misdemeanor criminal damage to property after prosecutors say she entered a Kenosha liquor store and intentionally knocked bottles of alcohol from displays following a dispute over a declined card payment.

Mad because she’s broke lol it isn’t anyone’s fault that you can’t afford to buy booze
I hope she is made to pay for what she broke and the clean up involved. It isn’t the store’s fault her card was declined. Does she not have the mental capacity to understand that?
I’m sure her drivers license is valid and she has proper insurance.
