UPDATE (Aug. 7, 2026, 3:25 p.m.): Michael Ray Quinonez has now been formally charged. After receiving a temporary $30,000 cash bail earlier this week, Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum imposed the same $30,000 cash bail Friday. Quinonez posted bail and has been released from custody pending further proceedings.
KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha father and son accused of operating a drug trafficking operation out of the home they shared are both now facing felony charges. Ryan M. Quinonez, 40, of Kenosha, was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail Thursday after being charged with 10 felony and misdemeanor counts, including cocaine and fentanyl-related offenses. On Friday, Michael R. Quinonez, 64, was formally charged in the same investigation. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $30,000 cash bail, which Michael had already posted after a temporary bail was imposed earlier in the week, allowing him to remain free pending further court proceedings.

Why did they release a known rapist?
Michael stalked and raped me when I was a teenager and he is a violent abuser. Please stop releasing him.
Maybe because that case was over 20 yrs ago and he had custody of his grandson so he was doing something right and he works n he got caught with bud which is almost becoming legal in every state n Michael had nothing to do with the investigation he got put in it some how n it was 2 sperate cases but originally Michael wasn’t involved or set up and I’m not saying anything else let them be it’s over with n this is why Kenosha went down hill cus of losers like u making it seem far worse then what it was n I understand the son is at fault n it should be all on him the father wasn’t involved the police involved him
Are you sure about that because I know all his cases and your scared to say who u are but I was in almost all his cases and I know 2 women say they only said it cause he wouldn’t do something for his daughter n she had a fit n had her best friend make a false report and he went to jail for nothing and the girl even admitted it on the stand n told the truth and he sat 6 months just for telling his daughter no and one other one was his own psycho lady that was family and she actually tried to do something to him in his sleep and she’s said it to this day that Michael never tried rapping her and they still locked him up for a minor ticket or something and there also jealous ex or two that lied n put him in jail and she was devious so get both sides and I don’t think he raped anyone I think there were women he wouldnt give a chance so they called and lied in him n knew they’d get him locked up cus of his track record and the man is 64 and has been having back to back surgery and just wanted to be with his kids n grandkids and he meant well and it’s just people and this small town that any rumors get passed around and by the time u hear it again there were so many lies added to it and it’s truly sad and ppl need to let this family be they are going through a lot already and don’t even want to be seen or talk to anyone n it’s sad n there’s a chance one of them can die if they don’t get the medical treatment they needs n the meds the doctor prescribed from surgery and it a lot going on so please let them have their privacy they don’t need to go on there phone and see all the comments that are being wrote and they ain’t here to tell n justify their side but then again they don’t own u any kind of explanation u aren’t family or loved one so while ur sitting there doing nothing but causing drama and getting in every ones personal like respect they’re privacy right now and especially for there children cause they are all smart in most are reading your comments and u guys need to just let it be an let them be and u will find out when the time is right but not by judging them and it shows the type of people u are to talk about ppl and take bs and they don’t need ur negative BS right now so go look for a job or go on a run instead of being in every ones business that u shouldn’t be and lots of ppl have felonies it’s Kenosha we got more police then ppl what a shame
