UPDATE (Aug. 7, 2026, 3:25 p.m.): Michael Ray Quinonez has now been formally charged. After receiving a temporary $30,000 cash bail earlier this week, Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum imposed the same $30,000 cash bail Friday. Quinonez posted bail and has been released from custody pending further proceedings.
KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha father and son accused of operating a drug trafficking operation out of the home they shared are both now facing felony charges. Ryan M. Quinonez, 40, of Kenosha, was ordered held on $100,000 cash bail Thursday after being charged with 10 felony and misdemeanor counts, including cocaine and fentanyl-related offenses. On Friday, Michael R. Quinonez, 64, was formally charged in the same investigation. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $30,000 cash bail, which Michael had already posted after a temporary bail was imposed earlier in the week, allowing him to remain free pending further court proceedings.
