KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha woman accused of driving drunk onto active railroad tracks, ignoring repeated police commands to stop as a train approached, recklessly endangering safety, fleeing after striking property, and obstructing police officers was released Thursday on no-cash bail by Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum. Amanda L. Voight, 44, is charged with second-offense operating while intoxicated and was also cited for reckless driving endangering safety, hit-and-run involving property adjacent to a highway, and obstructing or interfering with a fire or police department.
