KENOSHA, Wis. — Kejuan L. Gardner, 17, of Kenosha, who was already serving one year of probation after Judge Heather Iverson withheld sentence in an animal neglect case, was released Wednesday on a no-cash bond after prosecutors charged him with obstructing and resisting an officer following an alleged attempt to flee from Kenosha police. Supplemental Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum ordered the no-cash bond during Gardner's initial appearance.
