KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha repeat offender is being held on a $7,500 cash bail after prosecutors charged him with felony stalking, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct for allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home before dawn, standing over her and another man while they slept, and bombarding her with dozens of unwanted phone calls. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set the cash bail Friday and ordered Keevin L. Patterson, 44, of Kenosha, to have no contact with the alleged victim or a witness. If convicted on all charges and penalty enhancers, Patterson faces more than 11 years in prison.
