KENOSHA, Wis. — Two Chicago men accused of using mobile credit card scanners to steal banking information from Walmart shoppers are facing felony charges in Kenosha County. Larry Reed Jr., 28, of Chicago, appeared in court Friday after being arrested on a warrant and was ordered held on a $5,000 cash bail by Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum. His co-defendant, Khari H. Moore, 27, of Chicago, remains wanted on a $25,000 arrest warrant signed by Judge Jodi L. Meier but has arranged to make a voluntary initial appearance later this month rather than being arrested.
