KENOSHA, Wis. — A 29-year-old Kenosha man is facing felony and misdemeanor domestic abuse charges after prosecutors allege he strangled his pregnant wife into unconsciousness and repeatedly assaulted her during a violent incident at their home. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $2,500 cash bail Monday during the defendant's initial appearance and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 18.
