KENOSHA, Wis. — A Kenosha man who prosecutors say has repeatedly violated court-ordered bond conditions is back in custody after allegedly driving while his license remained revoked for an OWI-related offense, resulting in five new felony bail jumping charges. Despite a lengthy history of bail jumping cases and prior releases on low-cash and no-cash bail, Supplemental Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $3,500 cash bail Monday.

  9. It amazes me how lenient Kenosha’s courts have become. This guy has a plethora of open cases including a 4th DUI from 2.5 years ago and is just a terrible human being. What has to happen for this drunk POS woman beater to get taught his lesson? Does he have to hurt or kill someone while driving drunk before there is some accountability? He jumps bail but still gets away with everything. I feel bad for the 4 kids involved growing up in that toxic household. Grow up Kyle before you kill yourself or someone else. You’re 40 years old now with 3 kids, a stepkid, and a wife.

    To the Kenosha court system, do better, and I mean a lot better. Kyle has continually proved through his actions that he thinks he is above the law and it’s not a bad assumption considering you give him no bail or low bail with all the shit he has done in this community. Protect your law-abiding citizens and maybe give out actual punishments that will deter criminals like Kyle from committing future crimes.
