KENOSHA, Wis. — A 25-year-old Kenosha woman accused of knocking her live-in caregiver to the floor, punching him in the chest and choking him until he had difficulty breathing was released Tuesday on no-cash bail by Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum. Rolexsea N. Curtis faces a felony and three misdemeanors carrying a combined maximum exposure of 7 years and 9 months behind bars.

If she is able to commit a physical and violent act, why does she need a care giver? Is it a Mental Health or intellectual challenge and not a physical one? Will the jail be able to accommodate her?
This is obviously a person of diminished capacity.
