KENOSHA, Wis. — A 35-year-old Kenosha man with a serious felony record is being held on $25,000 cash bail after prosecutors say he stole a Jeep, led Kenosha Police on a dangerous high-speed chase through residential streets, crashed and overturned the vehicle, and then fled on foot before being tracked to a garage by a police K9. Sirjordan G. Cosby, 35, of Kenosha, appeared Wednesday before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum, who set the $25,000 cash bail and ordered Cosby to have no contact with the owner of the stolen Jeep. Cosby is charged with six offenses, all carrying repeater enhancements.
