KENOSHA, Wis. — A 27-year-old Bristol man is facing two felony drug charges after prosecutors say he was a passenger in a car that fled from a Kenosha County Sheriff’s deputy into Illinois, then tried to jump into the driver’s seat during a high-risk stop and later gave deputies a fake name in an effort to conceal an outstanding felony warrant. Logan Christopher Kramer, 27, of Bristol, was charged Thursday with second-and-subsequent-offense possession of cocaine, second-and-subsequent-offense possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Kramer’s cash bail at $5,000 Thursday afternoon.
