KENOSHA, Wis. — What began as a Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office deputy checking out what appeared to be an underage drinking party at Country Thunder ended with two Illinois men facing drug charges after deputies allegedly found cocaine, ketamine and MDMA in bags inside a vehicle. Constantine Minos Vlamis, 19, of Hinsdale, Illinois, and Nicholas George Reveliotis, 19, of Oak Brook, Illinois, made their initial court appearances Thursday, where Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set $250 cash bail for Vlamis and $450 cash bail for Reveliotis.
