KENOSHA, Wis. — A 20-year-old Racine woman who was already out on bail in two separate criminal cases allegedly announced to her friends that she was going to steal a man’s running car from a Kenosha gas station, ignored their warnings not to do it and then drove away in the vehicle, according to a criminal complaint filed Thursday. Camille L. Northern, 20, of Racine, is now charged with operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent as a repeater, misdemeanor theft as a repeater, felony bail jumping as a repeater and misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater. Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Northern’s bail at $2,500 cash Thursday afternoon.
