KENOSHA, Wis. — Bailey J. Sokolski, 25, of Salem Lakes, is facing a felony strangulation charge and two additional criminal charges after a woman accused him of repeatedly touching her sexually without consent, pulling her hair and choking her during their first time hanging out in person. Sokolski paid $750 in statutory cash bail on July 29 and was later summoned to appear in court. His initial appearance is scheduled for August 26 before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum.
