KENOSHA, Wis. — A 28-year-old Kenosha woman is facing five felony charges after prosecutors say she repeatedly used a minivan to run over her boyfriend during a drunken domestic dispute while their three young children — including a 6-week-old newborn — were inside the vehicle. Daisy M. Campos, 28, of Kenosha, was charged Monday with first-degree recklessly endangering safety with a dangerous weapon, three counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and substantial battery with a dangerous weapon, along with resisting an officer, disorderly conduct, OWI with a child under 16 and OWI causing injury. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Campos’ cash bail at $15,000 Monday afternoon, despite the alleged victim asking the court for a low cash bond or no-cash bail.
