KENOSHA, Wis. — A 62-year-old Kenosha man is being held on $50,000 cash bail after prosecutors say an argument with his adult son over rent escalated into him firing two rounds inside their home and then pointing the handgun directly at his son. Eraclio Olivares Sr., 62, of Kenosha, is charged with felony first-degree recklessly endangering safety as an act of domestic abuse, along with pointing a firearm at another, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct. Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set Olivares' cash bail at $50,000 Monday.
