KENOSHA, Wis. — Jamie R. Shamberg, 38, of Kenosha, pleaded guilty Monday to failure to act to prevent the sexual assault of a child in a case dating back more than five years, and also pleaded guilty to felony bail jumping in a separate case stemming from her prohibited contact with co-defendant Sean M. Brink. Judge Heather Iverson found Shamberg guilty in both cases, revoked her bond and ordered her taken into custody pending sentencing. Brink, who pleaded guilty last year to repeated sexual assault of the same child, was sentenced by Judge Gerad Dougvillo to 16 years in state prison followed by 14 years of extended supervision.
